This stunning 10ft x 20ft Pent Studio started life as one of our exclusive Sale Price buildings, which we later insulated and lined for a customer. After being invited back to see the finished result, we were so impressed that we decided to make it available again as our featured Best Buy.

The beautifully finished interior, lined in light-toned hardwood-faced plywood, creates a clean, modern space with a subtle Scandinavian feel. Combined with its generous proportions and bright, open layout, it makes the perfect home office, garden studio, hobby room or creative workspace.

We have extensively researched comparable buildings from other manufacturers, obtaining eight quotations for similar-sized studios. Prices ranged from £19,906 to £36,208, with only one competitor including a heavy-duty floor deck — a feature that comes as standard with all of our buildings.

To maintain this exceptional sale price, fully assembled installations are currently available for local customers only. For customers further afield, we can also supply the building in flat-pack form for delivery only (plain timber, without the insulated interior package). Groundworks are not included and are charged separately where required.

The studio shown is designed to remain within the 2.5 metre permitted development height limit.
